两年前开始我在Ascot和朋友通过Celsius租赁了公寓。我们仍然感觉我们是幸运的，因为inspection在一个public holiday的前两天，我们作为唯一一组到场的租客成功租到了那间公寓。期间遇到了一些问题比如凌晨两点楼上水管破裂导致水通过天花板漏进了客厅，我们联系了celsius的emergency contact并进行了紧急补救，在凌晨三点半得到了有效控制。后续进行修补天花板和对地毯大范围清理的时候也像往常一样及时，快速和有效。我们的pm有更换过，因为上一位pm离职。新接手我们租赁的pm是Joshua，我们很感谢Joshua所提供的所有帮助。我们非常高兴，因为我们的pm都十分专业且友好。 我和我的朋友都是留学生，在不同地方也曾遭遇过歧视。Celsius是我们第一个合作的房屋租赁中介，我们认为他们会认真对待每一个租客，非常公平且公正，我们非常感谢他们，也希望这份感谢能同时传达给房东，他/她（们）在我们租赁的期间也提供了很多帮助。出于隐私保护我们不希望透露具体地址，但是这间公寓和租房中介绝对值得推荐🥳

Insightful and tenacious. Helga assisted me to sell my property recently, and was professional, informative and communicate with me every step of the way - something which is critical as an interstate seller. Service beyond expectations This is the second time that I have leased a property with Celcius and during both tenancies, Jessica, my property manager, has been nothing short of amazing. She is exceptionally attentive and helpful, and any issues or concerns I had were always promptly addressed. I am very grateful to her for her kindness, warmth and efficiency and standard of service across everything. I am very grateful to the Celcius team for all that they have done to always make my stay pleasant and hassle free.
