Great service - explanation of heater fault, and timely repairs. Will be recommended to my friends and will be used next time there is a problem.
I strongly advise against utilizing their services. They are utterly ineffective. They merely take your money while delivering subpar service. In January, they charged me for heating and cooling. They informed me that the heating needed to be tested during the winter season. When I contacted them to report that the heating in the ensuite was inadequate at the month of June, they requested additional payment for a call-out fee to conduct a test. Recently had our gas heater with add on cooling replaced with a new Braemar Dominator system with electric heating and cooling. Awesome system and great service.
We had a couple of technicians visit our house in response to a maintenance request through our real estate. The first time I wasn't home, but my wife said the two people that came out were great to deal with and were very informative and helpful. On the second visit, the person that came out (I believe it was Matt?) was incredibly pleasant to deal with!
