I have been the fortunate recipient of bouquets and plants from Celsia for several years now. And I have had the opportunity to send some of my own. Every product they deliver is superlative and their customer service is exceptional. I could not be happier both as a recipient and as a sender.
Extremely kind and patient staff who took their time showing us options, discussing color palettes, providing recommendations and feedback on which flowers last and which flower wilt, etc. Overall, just extremely thorough and knowledgable people who care about flowers and care about customers. Exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Needed a last minute corsage for prom and after a few less than ideal attempts I came in frazzled. I was met with the most calm and helpful woman who got me set up with a beautiful corsage within 30 minutes. Customer for life.
