Went in with a bleaching gone wrong, Romy did an amazing job at fixing it, took all the time to make it perfect and made me feel at ease. Walked out with a beautiful full head of highlights and very happy compared to how I went in! Thank you!
Went in for a haircut for the first time today, very friendly, very helpful. The young girl that did my hair, completely understood, what I required, made me feel very comfortable, kept on asking me if what she was doing was okay. Definitely very happy with my haircut. Will definitely be going back again. Also reasonably priced.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and supportive and understanding and kind and patient.
My wife went for a haircut and stated that she wanted a bob ( short at the back and getting longer as it comes forward) .it looks absolutely horrible and it was cut straight instead of sloping it .the staff were more concerned about kier starmers smoking policy. If your thinking of using them do yourselves a favour and don't bother .
Wash cut and blow dry £39 , only had a trim at the bottom of my hair and fringe, not worth the price, staff more interested in talking (one shouting) to each other, only there 15-20 mins and my hair looks awful, closer look when home not even straight and I had about an inch cut of, not worth the money,
