It has been over a month ago since I went with our my wife and I went with our neighbor to Cell Works Repair. Our friend’s phone was getting hot, and losing charge. The great folks at Cell Works traced the problem to one of the internal boards or chips. Although the phone had to be replaced, our neighbor was delighted that she could get a replacement for a reasonable cost.
