I communicated with Chad via text about repairing a severely smashed iPhone screen. I dropped the phone is his Dropbox, he retrieved it, communicated that he could complete the repair as requested (and as hoped), I paid via etransfer and picked up the following day. Lots of trust involved to leave a phone with a stranger for repair, but he did not require the passcode and he communicated each step. I would use this service again if needed.

Highly positive, professional experience here with Chad, reliable communication, absolutely recommend. My Pixel 7 volume down button began phantom clicking causing the phone to enter a fastboot mode after restarting that could not be navigated out of leaving my phone completely unusable.
