I went today as I was going around to get quotes on what price ranges I could expect to sell my IPhone for. Extremely unprofessional experience. I was upfront about having a $400 offer elsewhere and asked if they could match or beat it. The employee claimed he owned all phone stores in Oshawa Centre. He made multiple phone calls in front of me and spoke in a language I could not understand or speak - which is perfectly fine in a normal situation. The owner is super honest, helpful, and has affordable pricing versus a lot of places. He ordered the same case my son wanted for his iPad and fixed my charger on my phone in about 5 minutes ! Definitely recommend this place.
