I had a virus on my phone, couldn't call out,my phone had turned black,apps were gone, contacts were gone and Verizon couldn't do nothing about it..I went to Mauro in the repair shop inside the Verizon store and after about 10-15 minutes,he restored my phone like new! He retrieved all my contacts,my apps and it saved me a costly repair! My Samsung tracfone was so messed up. I took it to the smart repair center at Verizon and Mauro Jacinto fixed it for me in about 3 minutes. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to take him home with me!!!! That will be where I always go for help with my phone. I really can't say enough about Mauro Jacinto. And he didn't even charge me anything.
