Chris K. Sorry about your bad experience but Cellular Repair Station in front of Hollister in the Longview Mall is under NEW management!! I recently went up there and got my phone fixed and have no problems with it so far. I would recommend anyone in the East Texas area to go to Cellular Repair Station (infront of Hollister) and get there phone fixed! They repair it slow and steady and also they are Certified Technicians! I love the new management the store built its really convinient and responsive to any problems!
I came here not too long ago for a quick fix to a broken phone, and that is exactly what I got. The initial price for a new home button and screen on my iphone 5s seemed a little high but after negotiating we came to an agreement that seemed fair. The time he said he would be able to complete the work is what really shocked me and after about 30 minutes, the work on my phone was complete.
