Horrible horrible customer service the girl in the store was unable to get us technical support said she couldnt use her phone. Couldnt use her computor to reset my ipad. I pay nearly $200 a month for their service and this is all i get. Sat on phone for over 5 hours only get incompetence.

Wonderful service !!!! From out of town and was treated like on old friend ! Wish the stores I used at home were as friendly and helpful as what I received here!#!

Absolutely terrible. The women in the store were bitter and down right mean. The one in particular was condescending and talked to me like I was a two-year old. No, people speak nicer to two-year olds. She brought me to the verge of tears. I never wish to step in there again and I will travel 500 miles before I do business in their store ever again. Not only were the mean to customers, they were mean to the new girl in training. The whole experience was a waste of time because nothing was accomplished. My tip for people cons... read more
