Visited today - Shawn was very knowledgeable about IPhone issue we had and recommended a battery replacement would solve the issue instead of putting in a insurance claim and have to wait days for a new phone. The battery replacement fixed my son's phone good as new. Shawn also advised not to keep phone on charger all night after a full charge because it's harmful to the battery to overcharge. Thanks again Shawn for the expert service at a very fair price.I highly recommend Cellular Mobil Services in East Providence.
After fail attempts with YouTube videos lol to try to get the piece of my charger out my phone, I had to go to place to get it done. I was of course skeptical at first with my research because it’s my phone i want to make sure nothing happens. I first called to see if i had to make appointment and they told i could just walk in. A+ experience at this location this week, thanks to the manager, Shawn, who was so polite, skilled, determined and ensured that my phone was in perfect working order when I left. He also saved me a trip to my phone carrier store which I really appreciated. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and I’d drive 45” from my home to this store vs the one 15” from me anytime I need phone repair services in the future. Thank you so much Shawn!
