This place comes in clutch for unexpected phone problems. When my phone decided to randomly fry itself overnight and I woke up to an unusable device, I went straight to Verizon. The rep there advised me that my problem would require an appointment at the Apple Store to be resolved and well— we all know how that goes. Jay and Daylin were focused, professional, patient, respectful, kind and went above and beyond to remove my contract with Tracphone and retain my phone number.
