They don't deserve 1 star. over the past few years I have had poor service from them but this takes the prize. I bought a defective battery from them and after 3 weeks did not get a replacement and nobody called me. I always had to call them. They never gave me options as I had told them I would be gone for the Christmas holidays which would mean I would be without a phone for over 6 weeks.I canceled my battery and went to the Sprint store and in 15 minutes had a new free phone. Never use Cellular Junction.
