Terrible communication skills. If you value your time, go elsewhere. I called in advance to say I’m on the way. The tech texted me back from a different number and said 1. Arrived at the shop, no one was here. Finally figured out it was this guy that called. Left my phone for a repair and he’s still a no show at 1. Basically wasted 1.5 hours and ended up getting my phone repaired elsewhere. Unprofessional.
Let me be clear theres a reason this shop has 5 stars. They dont just do cell phone repair they do gaming laptops too! These guys took care of me when I lost all hope. I really screwed up my 3k gaming laptop and they found the problem and their prices were very reasonable. Now thanks to their hard work, I don't have to shell out cash for a brand new laptop! Thank you again Pro Cell ill send others that need their laptops fixed your way.
