Bought a phone and a powerbank from them. None of them worked. Ended up having to buy a whole new phone. Their items are very terrible. Either they are very bad or they are fake. Save yourself some time and money and do not buy from this shop. Go elsewhere!

The short guy who seems to always be there lied from the beginning. My samsung s24 ultra needed the screen replaced, I was told it was an official samsung part and there was mention of a warranty. It was not a samsung part i came to find out. He also didnt return my stylus, i had to go back to the store and ask for it. He tried acting like he didnt have it, i told him it was in the phone when i dropped it off, he looked again and suddenly "found" the stylus. I am posting a second review to reiterate how awful this experience has been. I was told my phone would be repaired with an official brand screen. After paying $225, it became clear that it was not. Within less than 24 hours, while kept in a case with a screen protector, my phone began glitching, overheating, and the screen started blacking out. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I was told my phone screen would be replaced with an official brand screen. Terrible communication skills. If you value your time, go elsewhere. I called in advance to say I’m on the way. The tech texted me back from a different number and said 1. Arrived at the shop, no one was here. Finally figured out it was this guy that called. Left my phone for a repair and he’s still a no show at 1. Basically wasted 1.5 hours and ended up getting my phone repaired elsewhere. Unprofessional.
