Bad customer service Very expensive. Cheap and low quality work done. Communication sucks. Looking to get money from anywhere possible. Not customer friendly business.
This place over charges. Joes takes advantage. More of a sales person looking to get as much possible from each person as possible. Too cocky. He replaced my laptop which took almost 2 weeks to get done because of "shipping". Not to mention he placed THE WRONG SCREEN and FORCED it onto my laptop with zero communication about it. My laptop has a curve to it on the end which he didn't pay attention to and now after the fact it doesn't fully close because it is not the correct screen.
