This place over charges. Joes takes advantage. More of a sales person looking to get as much possible from each person as possible. Too cocky. He replaced my laptop which took almost 2 weeks to get done because of "shipping". Not to mention he placed THE WRONG SCREEN and FORCED it onto my laptop with zero communication about it. My laptop has a curve to it on the end which he didn't pay attention to and now after the fact it doesn't fully close because it is not the correct screen.
