Got my screen repaired quickly, and it was very affordable!
I was disappointed with my experience withe the sales person named Uday (person working in the store) very rude attitude. I felt that my questions and concerns were dismissed, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I hope the approach to customer service improves, as a more respectful interaction would make a big difference and sales to the store. Rude he got made cause I didn’t want to leave my phone unlocked told me to go somewhere else. No problem I will take my money somewhere else. Don’t want my cards or identity messed with! .
Went in to buy a small battery bank and charging cable. Battery bank was the perfect size for what I need it for (which is to keep as an emergency item in my edc bag). Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong charging cable. I went back in, they happily exchanged it for the charging cable I needed. No questions asked. Both associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back if I'm ever in a pinch. Thanks y'all!
