I took my wife’s phone in because it was hard to hear on speaker. Zach did a wonderful job cleaning up the speakers and was very kind and said there was no charge. I was very thankful for his help and recommend him highly.

Zack is a very honest man. I went in to get my charging port checked, and it turns out all it needed was cleaning and it took him less than 5 minutes! He doesn’t try to upsell or scam you. Did not even charge me for that small issue.

Literally the best experience ever! I called the store about an issue with my broken phone screen, and they waited for me, going above and beyond to try to fix it. Even though it was late and the store had already closed, they didn’t hesitate to help. There were a lot of challenges, but they handled everything perfectly. I’m beyond happy with the results and the excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. I really appreciate it!
