Just watched one of their courier vehicles (ID: 885ABK) nearly cause an accident on i5 SB by cutting three lanes and a gore point to exit to the West Seattle Bridge in the rain. Called their “how am I driving” number to find they no longer pay the third-party company to support that service. Called their office directly to learn their after hours attendant is instructed not to forward any driving complaints to the relevant supervisor. I keep getting identical bills for biopsy pathology without any claims being sent to my insurance company. Multiple calls to Cellnetix, including with my insurance company on the line to verify they've received nothing, haven't fixed the issue. A quick Google search turns up dozens of similar complaints. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and reached out to King 5, who did an article all the way back in 2016 on the same fraudulent practices from this company that all these reviews describe. This company is a complete scam. They sent me 1 bill which I immediately called them to let them know that they had not billed both of my insurance companies. They said they would fix their mistake and re-bill the secondary insurance company and send me a new bill for the remaining amount. They never did, and instantly sent me to collections. I have never been in collections in my life, they then lied to the collections agency stating that my insurance was not active, so I sent over the insurance verification from my insuran... read more
Was sent to collections for a small bill without ever receiving an invoice from this company. Unethical business practices.
Received a bill 5 months after I received a service, didn't have my insurance on file, included the wrong hours to call on the bill itself, and wouldn't let me make an online account to handle dealing with the bill. Absolutely horrendous.
