They did the same kind of bulls hit with my case 5 years ago and I got nothing. I was rear ended badly in NYC and they never got me a penny. Seemed real interested in taking the case. Man came over the house even to take all the info and signatures from me. Going to therapy blah blah blah...s hit. You know what there problem was? I mean that was pretty damn lock and key for them. My attorney is blowing smoke up my a$$! I seem to know more about what's been going on then they do. My lawer is John looney & the guy is way to big for my little $100,000 case I've had therapy.. 2 surgeries and am screwed for life ! My accident was in 2012 and this guy can't get me any results. Be wise if your case isn't worth a million dollars then find a small law firm that's hungry and wants to get closure on your settlement and his 33.3%. My lawers only tactic is the waiting game. I've got a bad feeling!
