lra Perfect!! The Service is first class. I have used the service 4 times and have never had a problem. Not cheap but certainly resonable.
Definitely a Rip-Off I was over charged based upon the original agreement and they added extra charges. Customer service was hard to get on the phone, rude, un-friendly and un-helpful. The phones worked, but all in all a miserable experience!
Unfairly Charged by this Company A random $60 charge showed up on my invoice a month after my trip, and when I complained, they couldn't explain it and invited me to dispute the charge to my credit card company (even though they couldn't explain where this charge came from). I would recommend that people stay away from this company.
rip-off They locked my Germany SIM card, so I had basically wasted the rental fee of $19 for 20 weeks (using a discount through my study abroad organization; without the discount it would have been $69/month). Then they charged me another $30 because they received the cell phone 10 days after the end of the rental period. I ultimately borrowed a relative's German cell phone with much cheaper rates.
Saved me time and money - easy to use I have rented phones from Cellhire for overseas travel twice now. Once for business and once for liesure. My phone I took to London for business was much much cheaper than my carrier offered me to turn on the international. I got all free incoming calls which was really nice. I could send a text home for less than a dollar and they would call me back. When we traveled to Italy for vacation, same scenario. Much cheaper.
