Jesse always helps me when I have any questions, got locked out of my phone because the unlock screen was blank went somewhere that was closer to my house because i was in a rush and was told phone was broken and tried to get me to buy a new phone, told them I couldn't do it right now times are tight, went to see Jesse which I should have done from the start and he had my phone right with a simple reset and I didn't lose anything and even better I didn't have to buy a new phone. I had a really great experience at CellFix thanks to Jesse. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, welcoming, and took the time to really listen to what was going on with my phone. Instead of rushing through it, he carefully looked over the device and clearly explained what the issue was and what needed to be fixed. Came here after reading the Google reviews and not gonna lie they are spot on, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and Jesse lives up to what I've read about him and the store, he's very real and treats you great all the while explaining what needs to be done and what doesn't.
