Got my phones cleaned of viruses by Jesse and didn't charge me anything to do it, now that's customer service that can't be beat. Hands down the nicest experience I've ever had at one of these local shops, definitely coming back when the need arises

Jesse got my problem solved, and had my phone back to new after being ran over by a forklift, been by this spot a hundred times and after seeing the reviews decided to stop in and see what his recommendation would be, figured it'd be a new phone but nope he said we fix everything here except broken hearts which was hilarious to me but twenty minutes later my phone looks brand new. Went to Cellfix at my wits end with this phone, kept getting message after message that my Samsung messages were being discontinued in a couple weeks, anytime I've ever needed anything the guy Jesse that runs the store is always getting things right so long story short after laughing at me because I never set up a Google account for the phone (hey I'm 71 gimme a break lol) he created one for me set it up and moved my messages and contacts from Samsung to Google so he literally saved the day as he always does!
