I needed a new charge port on my phone, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and took the extra time to make sure everything on my phone was working correctly. I would definitely use their services again. Its always nice to be able to use a local small business, to keep our community active and thriving.
I was referred to Frankie at NEXTGen from the AT&T store, and he did not disappoint! After multiple visits to other repair shops where I felt overcharged and misled, Frankie was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, polite, and truly delivered on everything he promised—without breaking the bank. Hopefully I don’t crack my new phone, but if I do, I’ll definitely be back and will be referring friends as well!
