I received one of the customer service in a long time by an employee , nick name Chris, I lost my cell and stayed with me by calling simple mobile on hold for an hour until they pick up the call, he was able to connect my new services, he did all ,a very humble guy ,I was able to go home with a new phone thanks to him .I just want to said thanks great job ,and found a new friend from India ..
I took my phone to get repaired here, and even when they may have accidentally messed up, they fixed it again with no issues! Great store!
Warning do not come to the this phone store they will sell you trash quality screens they fix my iphone 15 screen the next they I let it drop from my pocket to my kitchen floor having the cover protector on the screen broke this store sucks they buy Chinese screens and act like there giving you the original screen for your phone people be careful this happen to my friend Samantha same problem I wouldn't recommend no one
Garbage service, save yourself the trouble of coming here because they will rip you off. I brought my son's phone to get his screen fixed after I got the phone and got home the fingerprint stopped working and the very next day a line appeared in the screen. we took the phone back only to be told that the manager wasn't in so we needed to waste another trip and come back the next day. The people here sold us the broken glass. And they didn't refund the money. They wanted an extra $35 to fix the phone. We accepted that. And they broke the charging port and the button on our phone. They didn't even refund our money. They don't even know what they're doing, they're uneducated and uneducated.
