People at the store don’t answer their phone been trying did not get a refund on the screen protector
These people are extremely unprofessional and no communication skills. I brought my iPad on Wednesday to get my screen replaced and they first told me it would be done Friday. I called multiple times Friday with no answer or call back. I show up to the store and then they say no later than Monday and then that the iPad was at the warehouse getting fixed. Went to get my phone fixed, and was SUPER overcharged- no quote. And overcharged for case. Rude and ignored my calls
I gave my phone for screen replacement on 8/3 after that I went to your store almost 5 times , everyday this week but they are not giving me back my phone. There are 2 person working in this store one person is saying my phone is with other guy and the other guy is not coming to store or not picking my call. I WANT MY PHONE BACK !!!!
