All we needed was him to fix my wife’s broken screen. He said he couldn’t do it bc of not being able to get the SIM card out without breaking the mother card, he kept on saying Is not possible is not possible and refused to fix the phone he even tried to open the SIM card (fake) and acted like he couldn’t. We left and went to”UbreakIfix” and it took the guy less than 3 seconds to open the sim card he told us that whoever told us that could not opened was because he was just being lazy or something. I went to repair my Samsung phone. The person who works in this place told me that it will not be fixed and the phone already dead. Even during my talk he left me to check on another customer and then back to me. I went to another place and they fixed my phone within 2 hours. I don't recommend them.
