Kiosk was closed even though their website showed as open.
My husband brought his ipad here for a faulty charge port and cracked screen. $270 later they gave it back to us with a broken charge port and a screen that will not calibrate. We went back to get a refund and the dude working couldn't grasp any of the words we were saying. He got two different supervisors on the phone who admitted that they don't use the correct replacement screens and they don't actually fix charge ports. Scam alert! Despite initial speedy service, the screen they installed for $100+ stopped working after a month and change with no damage to the device, just bricked on me. They said the warranty was only for a month and there was nothing they could offer me but to pay for another new screen. Don't bother wasting your money here. Edit 2: Despite the response below, Cellaxz was unwilling to assist me further in this matter.
Was looking for CPR...And was led here this was just a little kiosk in the mall not somewhere I want to get my phone repaired ... sorry ... not sorry...
