Somehow managed to destroy my phone beyond recovery while attempting a battery replacement, then didn’t even want to refund me until I threatened a chargeback on my card. These people are incompetent and will damage your device. I needed to replace the phone and lost all my data.
Incredible experience. Went in myself to sell my old iPhone and Apple Watch. I was offered triple what another location in the mall offered. They also offered a digital payment option which really helped because I don't like carrying cash. I came in with my friend because he needed his phone fixed. He was in a bind and wasn't able to afford the quoted price. The store owner Rico was working that day and was able to help him out with a less expensive option he could afford. One of the best places to get your phone repair. I've been to other places and they've charged me up to 400 dollars to change a crack screen while here it was only 250 dollars and the switch to a new screen was very quick. I was even informed that the phone we had already had a replaced screen and a few screw lose. He gave us advice on what to do and fixed the screen. We really appreciated the help and we highly recommend this place. It has very good service and the prices are way more reasonable
