VERY dissatisfied 0/10 Came in for a unresponsive screen on iPhone 12 they fixed the screen but in turn my iPhone randomly powers off, overheats and dies faster than before. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've emailed and nothing very unhappy and are refusing to give me a refund! The screen they replaced my phone with is now cracking after only a month!
This is my second phone getting the back glass fixed. I had no issues with the first time but this second time my phone keeps restarting on its own every 5mins. DO NOT GET ANY NEWER IPHONES FIXED HERE. The back glass they used messed up the hardware on my phone, they do not do diagnostics so i went to Apple and it failed, Apple wont fix it without me paying for another backglass. Quick and easy replacement no hassle done in under 20 mins and the screen looks and works perfect!!!! Highly recommended if your phone needs to be fixed!!! (iPhone 11 pro max)
