I am very disgusted with this tv repair company ,I bought a Sonyo 42" flat screen tv off line and was told from the guy I bought it from what part it needed and could purchase off line ,I only paid 50.00 for this tv ,took it to Cellar Electronics for service and told he guy what was wrong and all we needed was for him to order is the part ,which was the mother board ,I couldn't order online as Sonyo said it could only be ordered from a tv repair ,in turn left a 50.00 deposit and called and left many messages with no return c... read more
We sent in a JVC receiver to be repaired on 9/10/2009. It arrived at their place of business on 9/13. Called for status on 10/27 - left message, received no call back. We called again on 11/2 - according to them, they were waiting on help from JVC factory. We called again on 11/10 - they agreed it had "major problems", JVC recommended that they ship it to factory for repair. They said they'd ship it within a day or two, which they did not.
