Would leave 0 stars if I could. Took 3 weeks to get the part that they said would take 4 days because it was “missplaced” when it came in. Then I get it back and now the screen doesn’t work at all. Was told to email management and never heard from anyone so I call up there. Now I’m told I need to bring the phone up there yet again to have it looked at. I paid $200 for this screen to be fixed just to have to buy a new phone. Communication is awful.
