horrible experience, messed up my phone now it restarts every 2 minutes and they wont put my original screen back on they just ignore my calls, i asked if i needed a paper for the warranty just incase and they said no" just come in and ask ,we'll recognize you". i come back and they're closed temporarily! they gave me a cheap screen, messed up or took out components inside my phone then made it seem like i could just come back if i had issues, knowing they'd be temporarily closed and the 30 day warranty would run out ! do no... read more

Do NOT take your device here. He had our tablet for over 6 weeks for a screen replacement, which he was unable to complete and he damaged our tablet in the process. We were continually told it would be ready soon, only for him to keep pushing back the date. After he had it for over 6 weeks he claimed he needed to “send it to Houston”, but we had had enough so we picked it up so that we could get it repaired elsewhere.
