Ineffective Warranty Service / Defective iPad Screen Replacement I had the screen on my iPad replaced in February 2026. Unfortunately, within a couple of days, I noticed that the replacement screen was defective. I returned to the store and explained the issue. iPad. Screen was crackers. Replaced here. Screen ripped off less than 2 months later. Wanted to charge me full price again. No thank you. I had this iPad for several years. No issues with screen coming of. Therefor I’m certain that the tech’s skills for replacing the screen were subpar. If I was this company I’d be a little bit more understanding and at least offer a slight discount or anything slightly empathetic. I took it down the street. Great place … quick work and fair prices. Love the warranty they offer. They are always helpful
Took phone to get broken screen replaced, became unglued after a week, guy told me screen not in stock to go back a week later, went back next week and week after and after(stalling) telling me screen wasn’t there yet until finally he said ok he’ll replace. I go back for my phone and tells me he only added more glue, next day it becomes unglued AGAIN once again he won’t replace the screen and only adds more glue!!! It appears they don’t care about customer service or warranty..
great place victor did an amazing job fixing my phone in a flash great price and best quality, I've gone to other place that charge more and the quality they sell is awful!!
