I purchased a case from this location that I wish I didn’t due to the price but I did anyway. My card was charged twice and I called ahead of time and spoke to two reps who told me to just show them I was charged twice and they would refund me. I returned the next day and did just that showing them posted not pending charges to my act and the manager Azie advised me they couldn’t refund me due to the fact that they didn’t have a receipt showing I was charged twice. Went to one of the locations for an I phone 6s repair and went to pick it up the next day. Everything was good; I had no issues. I recommend them!!
DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY TO FIX YOUR PHONE Paid to have my iPhone screen replaced by them. Started having issues with the screen that night. Had to leave to go out of town. Took it back 26 days later and the female manager tried to say I had a cracked screen. I said where? There is no crack. She argued with me over and over. I realized she was just saying that to get out of warranting my screen that they replaced. I called her out on it on front of everyone.
