Screen broke in pocket next day and they wouldn't fix it without charging full price.

Terrible!!! I took my Ipad to fix my screen and it looked like they used the cheapest glue ever. The screen came out in less than an week. I took it back after 30 minutes of explaining what happened, the guy agrees to re-do it. Within a day my iPad broke again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are located in Gurnee mills and are the same owners for both locations in the mall. Dont waste your time or money!

Horrible phone store. They did not do the repair correctly, and had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 MORE for a "defect".

I went there to buy a new phone as my mothers phone was stolen a few days ago. She did not have insurance to cover the phone so this as a side option. When the sale was finalize on the new phone she wanted, the sales representative told us that they only accept cash for phone sales. Funny how they can accept plastic on phone cases though. The deal seems very sketchy and I felt as though I was being scammed. I did not end up purchasing the device. Be careful!
