They were watching their phone when I asked for a privacy screen and was sold what turned out to be a regular screen for 15. 😞 Summary: That 15 is gone. I came to cellzone to fix an ipad for my son originally was supposed to fix the glass however the guys at work their educated me and showed me exactly how damaged the iPad was the battery was very damaged along with the glass. They were extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend this place to everyone who has a need for repair or to shop in store!
I fix my water damage iPhone 14pro at Cell Zone Round Rock outlet mall. Very good people and very good customer service. Highly recommended. I will always come here. Very good price as well 10/10
Came to this store 3 times to fix my phone yet they can’t solve the issue. First day came in to have them fix an LCD problem with my phone, 2nd day I came in they fixed the issue but didn’t place the LCD screen properly, day 3 I come in cause I’m running with my phone LCD turns black when they fixed the issue and yet they don’t want to fix it within me wasting my time, gas and patience with them. They would try to steal your money to make your phone worse than what it is. Wouldn’t recommend y’all coming to this store.
