They have great customer service, and endless selection of juice, and mods for everyone from beginner to expert. I'm editing this review on December 20th since I only reviewed the vape side. Now that I've had the chance to experience the cell phone portion, I can give it an honest full 5 stars. I bought an iPhone 5 from them and it had a bad battery in it.
