Had something stuck in my charging port, and I couldn't get it out with my tools, took it here and it was fixed in about a minute, no charge. Greatly appreciate the service
Just came here to update my review many years later! I have been going to Ali with all my repairs for ages now and he's always amazing. My mom lives overseas in a country where they charge huge amounts of money to register a foreign phone. She's here visiting me and she dropped her registered phone in the toilet. Umm, oops. Ali fixed the water damage and kept the motherboard (the registered part) so she doesn't have to spend a THOUSAND USD to register a new one. He had to change a bunch of parts but he got it working! We went to several phone repair shops before coming here, but no one was interested. One of them did fix it, but they broke the phone. Then we came here, and they were very helpful. We thank them very much; they did a great job.
Ali is the best! I've been going to him for years for my iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, etc. repairs - and I've bought some unlocked iPhones from him as well, for my family....excellent customer service.
