My phone got run over by a car. The screen had random white vertical lines on it - that was part of the damage. Touchscreen was non-functional. I live nearby to Cell.Rox, on Grenville Street. The guy at Cell.Rox, which is in the basement of the Aura building, fixed it in an hour, as promised. Learned from my superintendent after the fact that he’s gotten his phone fixed there, too. Much appreciated.
I’m leaving this review to help others make an informed decision. My experiences as a customer with Cell Rox have been consistently disappointing across multiple visits. Bought Bluetooth headphones initially and the quality was oversold. The quality was actually terrible. I’ve been to a dozen mobile sales and repair shops around the city and have built a good rapport with several of them, but I’ve never met a more accommodating or genuinely helpful owner/manager than the gentleman I dealt with here.
