Unprofessional service and lack of transparency. Think twice before buying! I purchased a wireless charger here, but it failed to charge my phone overnight immediately after purchase. Because my phone didn't charge, my alarm never went off and I couldn't even make it to work. The product was highly suspected to be defective as it was inconsistent and unreliable.
