I had such an incredible experience during my Spinal Flow session with Stephanie. She created such a safe and supportive space that allowed me to truly let go. I could feel an opening through my vertebrae that gave me more freedom of movement, and it even brought up emotions and memories I had forgotten about. Stephanie is a true healer. I’m grateful I was able to do two sessions with her, including PMST therapy.
