I've had two devices repaired here and both times it was great. I had the back glass shatter on an iPhone and had it replaced here with no issues. The other device was an Apple Watch that had the screen come un-glued and was separating from the case. Apple wanted hundreds of dollars to fix it. I brought it in here and it was re-glued and fixed in about an hour for a much more reasonable price. Very happy to have my watch back and functional.
I was in a pinch and out of state on vacation when I dropped and cracked my iphone 11. I called to get an estimate and if it could be fixed that day. It was done in 20 minutes. Price was exactly what was quoted (and cheaper than other big box stores), but more importantly, the owner was super kind and courteous. I would highly recommend if you need a quick fix with an honest business owner.

My Samsung A53 5G went on the fritz yesterday at work. Carl fixed it no problem. They fix more than just IPhone. I went to another store and they did not even look at it. They just said that they could not source parts and that I was out of luck, so much for being Samsung authorized repair center.
