Brought in my iPhone 14 for a battery replacement and screen repair. Honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The phone worked for maybe 15 minutes before the screen started acting up — completely unresponsive at times.To their credit, the employee who did the repair replaced the screen again at no charge. He was upfront and admitted the screens they use aren’t the best quality, and that this kind of thing happens occasionally. Fair enough. But right away, I noticed the difference.
