I really enjoyed having my phone repaired there. The service was polite & friendly, and the employee was awesome in sales & communication!Ā
They were quick to replace my screen, but they messed up my Face ID on my iPhone 11 and their replacement screens are crap.Ā
They improperly repaired my 90-year-old motherās watch, broke the whole thing, and refused to compensate her in any way. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Stay away!Ā
I went in to get a quote of how much it would be to change my charging port. And the girl took my phone to the back and cleaned it and charged $37 and they didnāt even ask me, if I would like to do the service. All I came in to do was āask for the priceā not to come in for you to do something I didnāt ask you to do and then charge me $37.Ā
