Lleve mis audífonos q los limpien me cobraron 25$ cuando los recoji me cobran 50$ mas q x q les isieron ajustes etc etc yo no recibí llamada para autorizarlo lo isieron x cobrar mas dinero la mujer la encargada muy grosera gritándome claro q no me deje al final tuve q pagar 30$ para q me los diera eso se llama robar jamás regreso no recomiendo para nada ese lugar y las personas q ya les avía recomendado les avisé q no fueran ayi q busquen un lugar justo y no q agan las cosas nomas para su conveniencia..

repair shop. I took my phone in for a simple battery replacement, and it ended up taking three times longer than promised. When I got it back, the screen was cracked, and the phone wouldn’t charge properly. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times, but they kept giving me vague excuses and never took responsibility for the damage. Their customer service is terrible—rude and unprofessional. I regret trusting them with my phone and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
had a terrible experience at this phone repair shop. I brought in my phone for a simple screen replacement, and it took them over a week to get it done. When I finally got it back, the screen wasn't properly aligned, and the touch sensitivity was way off. I returned it, but they gave me the runaround, telling me they'd fix it "soon" but never following through. To top it off, their customer service was rude and unhelpful.
