This location only good because there are not enough chatr branches in area but the customer service is poor very close to the bottom oo absolute disaster. The guy there is not friendly and not patient enough with customers especially while deciding on a phone number

Went to replace my s9 and they grifted an A13 that doesn't work. Employees are shitstains who deserve to be bootstomped to death.
Don't get a new battery here. I got one and it went down to 60% health in about six months. It was maybe $20 cheaper than going to the apple store, and not worth it at all.
Avoid this place: Took my mom’s Huawei P10 to be fixed, paid a diagnostic fee, returned a few days later and was told it couldn’t be fixed as there was a motherboard problem. Fine, it’s a 4yo phone, so I knew it was a gamble, and I don’t mind paying for time taken to figure this out. Mom goes home to Hong Kong, asks a data recovery service to extract the photos from the phone - and they say not possible, all relevant components of the phone were stripped.
