Came in to get my speakers repaired and when i got my phone back my charger port didn’t work, it was working perfectly fine before i gave my phone to them. They did not offer to fix it for free but instead tried to charge me $135 and take 2 hours to fix. Would NOT recommend
They ask for the money in advance to fix my ipad. Then, they told me they couldn't fix it and was putting my money back on my card. They never transferred my funds and got a print off from the card company, and they said they don't see anything transactions returning to my account. Now, they will not answer my calls. Thinking legal actions. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM . I went to get an IPAD repaired. I was ask to pay the money upfront no problem. I paid $266.43 on 7/19/24. On 8/20/24 after finding out they were unable to repair the IPAD. I was supposedly refunded back $203.00 because the IPAD was unrepairable. The manager claim to refund the card on file. Nate was the man on duty when I came in for two Zagg screen protectors. I’ve never had a guy who was so careful and skilled at the install of a Zagg screen protector before. This is going to be my go-to store from now on for these things. Nate was friendly, skilled, and it was very quick! I am very pleased with the level of service Nate offers here. Thanks Nate!
