Bad customer service right off the bat. Drove down from Chino because it says they open at 11:30 and it’s 12:30 and they’re still closed.
Called in hopes of finding a OnePlus repairman. They could help me but the cost was as much as a used phone. He was very kind and apologized saying these parts have risen drastically in the last year. Time to move on? Maybe...
