I won’t be using this service in the future and I’d definitely recommend against it. I brought in my laptop telling them specifically that I thought the motherboard was at fault. I was told repair would take one week and $200 – they then proceeded to hold onto the laptop for 2 weeks for “diagnostics” only to order a replacement LCD screen that did not solve the issue.
