He cost way less than any other place to replace my phone battery. Other place said they would keep my phone for 2 days, but he had my battery replaced within 1 hour while I had fun in the mall. Also, my phone store couldn't tell me why my battery blew up, but this guy explained to me that it was because I was charging my phone while using it. I was very upset when I left my phone store, but this man has a very gentle voice and way of talking which calmed me down.
