Ali was awesome!! Very smart and helpful, he solved all of my iPhone 12 Pro repair issues (e.g. old battery, loose charging port, dust trapped inside, and a cracked screen saver), quickly and efficiently. And all of the parts and labor that he sold me were at an approx. 20% discounted rate too!
